Efficient, but still too many requirements for a health card. If you know beforehand what you need it can be a quick transaction, but first-timers will go back-and-forth to get what they need to present at the city hall.

Went there to do some transactions. Employees were helpful. There are security guards to manage the lines and keep it moving. I finished my transaction in under 10 minutes. Good experience with them.

One of the nicest and newly renovated government municipal I have been to. Usually if it's just aesthetics that is easy for people but what I loved most about this branch is the efficiency too - so fast and their staff is extremely friendly and helpful too. None of those rude government staff who throws off their authority just because they can. Here in this experience I am very surprised and happy to have such an efficient and warm staff accommodate me. All government offices should follow this branch to make citizen's lives much easier and less dread on government requirements.

nice city hall, clean, friendly govt employees, they have one stop shop for permit renewals, free medicine kiosk inside, spacious parking, ease of doing business ambiance...

There are 4 floor levels. The 4th floor belongs to the Office of the City Mayor. Although it has a ground floor. There are zumba sessions every day at 6:00 o'clock in the morning. You can park your car in front of the building or on the multi-level parking. The place is well-maintained. It is very accessible to the public as there are jeepneys which go here. There is a park in one side and a school on the other side.
